Search visibility built around your business

Help the right customers find you—and understand why to choose you.

Search engine optimization, or SEO, helps people find your website through unpaid search results. Wildwood AI brings together useful content, a working website, and accurate business information around the searches that matter to your customers. We turn the findings into clear priorities, then make the agreed improvements, support your existing team, or teach you how to maintain the work.

A free conversation and written proposal. Paid work begins only after you approve the scope and fees.

The business problem

A long list of SEO issues is only useful when you know what to do first.

Perhaps your website barely appears for the services you want to sell. Perhaps it gets visits, but the inquiries are for the wrong work or the wrong area. Or an audit has left you with technical warnings and no clear starting point. We look at the business behind the website so the plan addresses the customers and opportunities you actually want.

A local service business, an online store, and a company selling to other businesses need different pages and different explanations. We consider what people are trying to find, what your website currently tells them, and what could prevent them from reaching or using it. That gives each recommended change a purpose you can understand.

What the work is designed to help you do

Make clearer, better-informed decisions.

01

Know which improvements deserve attention

Get priorities connected to your services, customers, and starting point. Understand the reason for each recommendation and which changes your team can handle or ask us to implement.

02

Give customers useful answers

Help visitors understand your offer through clearer service pages, relevant customer questions, and a sensible next step. Make content more useful for both discovery and the decision to contact you.

03

Connect search work to business activity

Review changes in visibility and website activity alongside suitable inquiries or sales where tracking supports it. Use the evidence to decide which pages and improvements need further attention.

Practical work, clearly explained

What your SEO project can include

Your proposal identifies the work that fits your business. These are examples of what we can include, not a package you must buy in full.

01

Search and website review

We examine how your website presents the business, the searches and pages that matter, and the available search data. The review identifies content gaps, technical obstacles, and useful opportunities, with findings explained in terms of their effect on customers.

02

Search terms and page planning

We research the words people search for and what they want to find, then plan pages that answer that need. For example, a business may need clearer service pages, better links between its pages, or stronger explanations of the areas it serves.

03

Technical SEO improvements

We can investigate pages that search engines cannot reach or include in results, old website addresses that send visitors to the wrong place, confusing page organization, and slow loading. Agreed changes can also improve page titles, descriptions, and links. We coordinate with your website team and check that the changes work as intended.

04

Content that supports a decision

We can improve headings, page copy, customer-question answers, and the path to an inquiry. The content should accurately reflect your experience, products, or services and give someone enough information to decide whether your business is a good fit.

05

Local search and business information

For businesses serving particular places, we review Google Business Profile information, service descriptions, relevant listings, and local pages. The recommendations follow where you actually operate and how customers reach you, including storefront and service-area businesses.

06

Priorities, website changes, and review

Your project can include an ordered list of improvements, hands-on changes, or guidance for the people maintaining your site. We agree which information can show progress and review completed improvements alongside changes in search visibility and customer activity.

The free proposal sets out priorities, responsibilities, schedule, fees, and how progress will be reviewed. Paid work starts only after you approve the scope and fees. Advertising spend and third-party costs are separate where they apply.

Advice, implementation, or training

Work with us in the way that fits your team.

Bring the question you are trying to answer: why a service is hard to find, why a page attracts unsuitable inquiries, or what to fix before publishing a new section. You can start with a focused project or discuss ongoing improvements. We shape the work around your priorities and the resources available.

We can implement agreed changes, work alongside your developer or marketing team, or explain how to manage the content and checks yourself. Access, responsibilities, and the work schedule are defined in the proposal. You should understand the recommendations well enough to make informed decisions about your website.

Before you decide

Your questions, answered.

Consulting and training are separate from the Wildwood AI audit app. You do not need to buy an audit to speak with us.

Can you help with local SEO as well as website SEO?

Yes. We can connect your website content, Google business information, and local search priorities around the services and places you actually serve. The scope depends on whether customers visit you, you travel to them, or you serve a wider market.

Will you make the changes or only provide advice?

Either approach is available. We can carry out agreed improvements, provide recommendations for your existing team, or combine the two. The proposal identifies who handles each part and what access or materials the work requires.

How is this different from an app audit?

The Wildwood AI app provides findings and recommendations. Consulting adds a discussion of your business priorities and a separately agreed plan for advice, implementation, or training. An audit can inform the project, but it does not carry out the website changes.

How will we know whether the work is helping?

We agree what your available data can show, such as search visibility, relevant visits, or suitable inquiries. Completed website improvements and changes in customer response have different schedules. Your starting point, market, and the work involved all affect progress.
